We have therefore created the Mais Base Program, through which we want to invest in the trust, autonomy, and development of our team, based on respect, integrity, collaboration, and commitment, which are the values that guide us. Aware of our reality, we are focused on presenting and promoting initiatives that allow us to grow together.
Through this program, we aim to have a strategy that integrates our social responsibility actions so that it has a cross-cutting, coherent, and consistent point of view, in order to have the greatest possible impact.
Other Social Responsibility actions
The companies in the Base are embarking on a new phase of social responsibility, based on concerted and strategic action.
Through structured sponsorship and volunteering initiatives, we seek to generate a positive and lasting impact on the communities where we operate.
The starting point will be the Queluz/Amadora area, where the group’s headquarters are located, with the ambition of gradually expanding our intervention to other regions of the country, including the island of Madeira.
Driven by a common purpose, we want to contribute consistently and significantly to the well-being of those around us.
